OCDC’s Latest Painted Utility Box Completed
The latest painted utility box under the Ocean City Development Corpoartion’s Public Art Program has been completed in downtown Ocean City by Snow Hill artist, Olga Deshields. This project is located on Philadelphia Avenue, just south of 26th Street in downtown Ocean City. This box is sponsored by the adjacent business, Happy Jack Pancake House.
