The Kiwanis Club of Greater Ocean City-Ocean Pines hosted Worcester County Commissioner Chip Bertino as a guest speaker at the weekly Wednesday meeting on Oct. 11 in the Ocean Pines Community Center. Bertino was presented the coveted Kiwanis Pen by President Ralph Chinn as his stipend.
