The Worcester County Commissioners, joined by Superintendent of Schools Lou Taylor and Pocomoke High School (PHS) Principal Dr. Annette Wallace, presented a commendation to PHS senior LeAnn McDowall for her service as Worcester County’s Page to the 2017 Maryland General Assembly, for her dedication to academic excellence and for demonstrating leadership.
