Decatur Boys Close Out Season With 0-0 Tie

BERLIN- Stephen Decatur’s boys’ varsity soccer team’s up-and-down regular season came to a rather inauspicious end on Tuesday with a 0-0 tie against Kent Island on the road.

The Seahawks never really got untracked during the 2015 campaign and finished the regular season with a somewhat symbolic 0-0 tie against the Buccaneers on the road on Tuesday. With the tie, Decatur finished with a 6-5-1 mark, and were up and down all season. Twice, Decatur won two games in a row and twice loss two straight games. Nonetheless, the Seahawks should garner a decent seed when the state playoff brackets are announced next week.
