OCEAN CITY- The Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department’s Adult Indoor Soccer League continued last week with a full slate of games at Northside Park. The following is a quick look at some of the action:
• The Cure 8- The Misfits 0: Sunny Aroh and Colby Townsend each scored two goals for The Cure in the win.
• Kirby’s Pub 9- Brazil 4: Patrick Spicer and Shaun Bounds scored two goals each to lead Kirby’s. Alters Sousa scored twice for Brazil in the loss.
• Renob 4- River Soccer Club 1: Jason Stitely led Renob with two goals in the win.
• Sunsations 8- OC United 0: Dan Todor and Tomas Medina each scored twice for Sunsations. Martin Lemus recorded a shutout in the goal for Sunsations.
• Kirby’s Pub 12- The Misfits 4: Cody Webster and Kyle Sterling each contributed hat tricks in Kirby’s offensive outburst.
• River Soccer Club 8- OC United 0: Brandt Mais and Jeremy Showell each scored twice for River Soccer Club. Sean Lewis was in the goal for River’s shutout.
• Renob 7- The Cure 3: Gavin Yingling and Tanner East each scored twice for Renob in the big win.
