OCEAN CITY- The Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department will again host the Winterfest Soccer Camp during the Christmas school break.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 6 to 16 and includes top-notch instruction and first-rate fun. This year’s Camp Director, Eddie Pinto, is a player and coach with a distinguished soccer career including an undefeated and not-scored-upon season as coach of Parkside High School’s JV Girls Soccer Team.
In addition, Pinto brings nine years of experience as director of the Mid-Atlantic Soccer Club, five years as director of Eastern Shore United Soccer Club, and multiple season, tournament and league championships. A talented staff of collegiate players, including Alex Pinto, Lindsey Keen, Abby Keen, and Tyler “Chuck” Taylor, will assist Coach Pinto with instruction.
The Winterfest Soccer Camp will be held December 22-23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Northside Park Recreation Complex on 125th Street, in Ocean City. The cost of this camp for Ocean City residents is $40.00 and the cost for non-residents is $50.00. Space is limited.
