Cathell, Fourth Grade Student At OC Elementary, Donates Hair To Wigs For Kids

Mackenzie Cathell, a fourth grade student at Ocean City Elementary School, recently made the selfless choice to donate 14 inches of her hair to Wigs for Kids, which provides wigs to children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, burns and Alopecia.
