Hotel Monte Carlo And OC Development Corporation Partner To Paint Delmarva Power Utility Box
The Hotel Monte Carlo and Ocean City Development Corporation (OCDC) partnered to paint another Delmarva Power utility box located on 3rd Street, east of Baltimore Avenue in downtown Ocean City. The OCDC commissioned local artist Todd Leasure to paint this box. He is pictured with Clara Ziman, partner of Hotel Monte Carlo.
