9:30 a.m., Recreation Park, Station St., Mardela Springs. Celebrating the history, culture and heritage of the area around the Nanticoke River. Begins at 9:30 a.m., with a small parade and ends late afternoon with a small tractor pull. Oyster fritters, barbecued chicken, scrapple sandwiches and other good food.
