Shuttle Service Begins

WEST OCEAN CITY – The
Ocean City Factory Outlets announced this week it has begun offerings its
summer shuttle service.

The free transportation
is offered seven days a week, to and from major Ocean City hotels and motels,
June 25 through Sept. 30, with drop-off and pick-up near Carter’s for Kids. The
shuttle schedule is listed on the back of the outlet brochure and is also
available at www.ocfactoryoutlets.com.

New Branch Manager Named

OCEAN CITY – Mark S.
Holloway, vice president and Eastern Shore regional manager for Long &
Foster, recently named Dottie Wells to the position of branch manager of the
Ocean City sales office.

Wells’ managerial
experience began in 1980 when she managed an office for 15 years in
Westminster, Md. She managed the Long & Foster Easton and St. Michaels
offices beginning in 2004 until she was transferred to the Bethany Beach branch
office in January 2008.

Her designations include
GRI, CRS & CRB. Some of her achievements include 1986 President of the
Carroll County Association of Realtors, 1988 Realtor of the year for Carroll
County, 1992 Community Spirit Award and also President of the Carroll County Chamber
of Commerce. Wells is an associate real estate broker for the State of Maryland
and a real estate broker for the State of Delaware. Wells, who has lived on the
shore for 13 out of the last 15 years with her husband Don, will be managing
both the Ocean City and Bethany Beach offices.

leader and very dedicated. She is prepared to be a strong business partner with
you,” Holloway said.

New AGH Physicians

BERLIN – Atlantic
General Hospital recently appointed the following physicians to the medical
staff:

Desmond M Kaplan M.D.,
M.B., Ch.B., is a graduate of Cape Town University School of Medicine, Cape
Town, South Africa. Kaplan completed his residency at Geha Psychiatric Hospital
in Israel and his post doctoral research and fellowship at Johns Hopkins
University School of Medicine in Baltimore.

Ignatius L Dinardo,
M.D., has joined the medical staff of Atlantic General Hospital and specializes
in internal medicine. He is graduate of Georgetown University School of
Medicine, Washington D.C. Dinardo completed an internship and residency at
Johns Hopkins, Baltimore, Md. in internal medicine.

Peter Cuesta, DPM,
FACFAS, specializes in podiatry. He is a graduate of Temple University,
Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. Cuesta completed his residency at St.
Joseph’s Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa. and is board certified by the American
Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Michael Stivelman, M.D.,
specializes in anesthesiology. He is graduate of the American University of the
Caribbean, Montseratt, West Indies. Stivelman completed an internship at
Providence Hospital, Southfield, Mich. and his anesthesiology residency at the
Medical College of Wisconsin.

Ashley O’Bannon, M.D.,
is a graduate the University of Louisville School of Medicine. O’Bannon
completed her pathology residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler
Medical Center, Lexington, Ky. as well as a surgical pathology fellowship and
her cytopathology fellow at the University of Louisville.

Polly C Pusey, MSN,
APRN, received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family for nurse practitioner
studies, and post master’s certificate to be a legal nurse consultant from
Wilmington College, Wilmington, Del.

– Bethany Drew has been named top
listing agent for Hileman Real Estate, Inc. for the month of May.
Teresa Pohland was named top sales agent.

Company Recognizes Agent

WILLARDS –
Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley named Steve Soliday as top producer for
May. He joined the agency in 2005 and specializes in writing property and
casualty insurance for commercial properties.
