PRMC Reorganizes Department

SALISBURY – Peninsula Regional Medical Center has announced the reorganization of its former and combined Community Relations & Marketing Department.

Effective immediately, Donna I. Richardson has been named the Director of Marketing and Roger A. Follebout, Jr. has been appointed the Director of Community Relations.

“The ways in which we provide assistance to our patients and our communities and keep them informed of advancements at our Medical Center have changed tremendously in just the past few years,” said Peggy Naleppa, Peninsula Regional President. “We felt the appropriate way to meet those needs was to distinguish these two departments by appointing a director responsible for the continued growth and enhancement of community relations and also of marketing.”

Richardson, who has been with Peninsula Regional since 1984 as Director of Community Relations & Marketing, graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA degree, and has over 30 years experience in advertising, design and marketing.

Follebout, who joined the Medical Center in 1998 as a Community Relations & Marketing Specialist, has most recently served as the department’s manager since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a BGS degree Telecommunications Emphasis and is a former television broadcast journalist.
