New Team Drives Homes Sales

SELBYVILLE – Since the restructuring of its sales staff in
March, Bayside, Carl M. Freeman Companies’ award-winning waterfront golf
community near Fenwick Island, has seen a significant increase in home sales
this year.

"The new team has already delivered wonderful
results," said Brigit Taylor, president of Seacoast Realty, the exclusive
listing agency for Bayside. "They’ve sold seven Bayside homes in the last
month or one home every four days. A testament to a team of five
highly-professional experienced resort realtors."

Anne Powell and Jennifer Hughes, both licensed realtors
with over 15 years of experience in the customer service and mortgage
industries, joined Seacoast Realty at Bayside in September 2006 with the
responsibility of selling resale homes in the resort community. Consistently
recognized for sales volumes and listings, they are now selling new homes and
resales at Bayside.

New to the Bayside sales team this spring are Karla
Morgan, Doug Phillips and Linda Quasney.

"This team really understands what Bayside offers
that is unique to this region," said Tom Halverstadt, vice president of
Carl M. Freeman Companies. "We are continuing to deliver on our vision for
this amenity-rich resort community which is evident by the more than 330 home
deliveries experienced to date including the recent grand opening of ourfive
condo models. The spring season provides us with a wonderful opportunity to
focus on landscaping and streetscape beautification efforts following the
construction of our homes."

Bayside,
located on Route 54 just four miles west of the beach in Fenwick Island, offers
homebuyers many choices of homestyles, design features and recreation. In
addition to its Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and Sun Ridge Tennis and
Recreation Center, Bayside will see the opening of the 52,000-square-foot
Harris Teeter supermarket later this year. The community also plans to have a
town center with restaurants, day spa, movie theatre and performing arts
center, and a variety of shops.
