Marion Elizabeth Kraus Farmer

BERLIN – Marion Elizabeth Kraus Farmer, age 80, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Filliaux Kraus. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ambrose Farmer, in 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Denise A. Milko, and son-in-law, Jerry Milko of Ocean City, and two grandchildren, Todd William Chandler and Khara-Beth Chandler of Ocean City. She is survived by her longtime faithful cousins and close companions Bud and Evelyn Denhsteadt, a close niece Nan Pavier, close nephew Jeff Kraus and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. Also surviving is a devoted friend and “Second Daughter”, April Danner of Frederick, Md.

Farmer had been a school teacher in Baltimore. She had with her husband, founded Holiday Real Estate in Ocean City. Prior to, she had been the sales manager at Anderson and Stokes Real Estate Company in Ocean City. She was one of the first members of the Women’s Council Ocean City Board of Realtors and served as one of their first women presidents. She served for the Greater Board of Realtors of Ocean City and had been the Realtor of the Year in Ocean City and received the Key to the City from Mayor Harry Kelley. She and her husband had built, owned and operated the Outpost across from Frontier Town. She was an accomplished Black Jack player.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, at 11:30 am at the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. Rev’s Earl Brooks and Monsignor James Paul Farmer will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Worcester County Humane Society, PO Box 48, Berlin, Md. 21811 or to O.C. Keith Oliver Bunting

SELBYVILLE – Keith Oliver Bunting, 42, died Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Born in Milford, Del., he was the son of Doris Evans Savage and the late Oliver W. Bunting. He is also survived by his wife, Lorri D. Bunting of Selbyville; two daughters, Gwendolyn M. and Jessica L. Bunting of Selbyville; a brother, Wendell A. Bunting also of Selbyville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bunting was a vinyl siding installer for Atlantic Siding, Inc.

Edward Robert Lynch

SELBYVILLE – Edward Robert “Robby” Lynch, 40, died Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Born in Salisbury, he was the son of Edward “Eddie” Lynch and the late Doris Anne Bunting Lynch who preceded him in death in 1997.

He is survived by his daughter, Lauren E. Lynch of Middletown, Del.; a brother, John R. Lynch of Honolulu, Hawaii; a sister Stephanie and her husband R.L. Venables of Selbyville, Del.; and two nephews, Tyler Bradley and Drew Venables.

Lynch was a drywall contractor.

Annie Louise Aydelotte Hudson

BERLIN – Annie Louise Aydelotte Hudson, 98, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 21, 2007.

Hudson was a lifelong homemaker. She was an avid quilter, hand stitching numerous quilts for family members and gift items. She was a member of St. Martin’s United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women’s group. For many years, she worked in their church dinner fundraisers, preparing and helping to cook the meals. She had assisted her husband in their dairy and farming businesses for many years.

She is survived by her six children and their families, all of Berlin. They include Norma and John Alvah Taylor, Louis hudson, Roger Hudson, Iris and Harlin Phillips, Virginia Hudson and Penny and Larry Gears; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; five nieces; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Taylor of Gull Creek Retirement Community.

Hudson was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Clinton Hudson; three brothers, Elwood, George and Charlie Aydelotte; two sisters, Elizabeth Adkins and Nellie Gandy; and a daughter-in-law, Mary Alice Hudson.

Anna E. Abrams

BERLIN – Anna E. Abrams, 81, formerly of Riveria Beach, Md., died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin.

Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Elizabeth Warnick Magerkurth. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur W. Abrams “Otts” in 1988. She is survived by her son, Dickie Van Fleet and his wife Sandy of Bishopville, Md.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great, great-grandchildren.
