OC Development Corporation Raffles Two Unique Prizes As Part Of The Dance Of The Dolphins Fundraising Campaign

As part of the Dance of the Dolphins fundraising campaign, the Ocean City Development Corporation raffled two unique prizes, a miniature dolphin bronze sculpture of the original wax model completed by artist David Turner and the original watercolor of the dolphin sculpture completed by artist Stacia Heubeck. Local CPA Eric Vinson, pictured, won the sculpture. Warner Sumpter won the painting.
