Winner of $100,000 scholarship lottery from Optimist Club Drawn

The Optimist Youth Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization part of the Ocean City-Berlin Optimist Club, recently announced the $100,000 raffle winner picked at last month’s Seaside Boat Show.
