In June, Katelyn Millison painted three of the four sides of the utility box located at the corner of S. Baltimore Avenue and Dorchester Street. The Bank of Ocean City sponsored her work that is part of the OCDC’s Public Art Program. This month she completed the final side of the dolphin themed utility box.

This award was established by Norma Polk the first president of the Worcester County Garden Club and member of the House of Delegates in honor of her friend, Mary Ann Royal.
