
Ben Kolarik won first place in the non-experimental division of the recent Worcester County Science Fair. Kolarik is a student in Mrs. Sullivan class at Showell Elementary. His project was on the Solar System.
Buckingham Elementary School held its annual Muffins with Mom celebration with a turnout of more than 200 parents and guardians over two days. Kaitlyn Mourlas, 4, who attends Little Lambs Day Care, recently donated 10 ½ inches of hair to the Locks of Love organization, which accepts hair donations and makes them into wigs to give to cancer patients and others in need.
