Republican Women Of Worcester County Caring For America Collect And Send More Than 800 Valentines To Vets
Republican Women of Worcester County (RWWC) Caring for America Chairperson Vera Beck and Copy Central’s Linda Dearing collected and sent more than 800 Valentines that were collected in the RWWC annual “Valentines for Veterans” program. Cards are being sent to several veteran facilities as well as veterans at Gull Creek and the Berlin Nursing Home.

Berlin Intermediate Sixth Grade Students Work Together Donating Supplies And Raising Money To Benefit Worcester County Humane Society
Berlin Intermediate School’s sixth grade students are working together to donate needed supplies and to raise money to benefit the animals at the Worcester County Humane Society shelter. Students are competing in a Penny Race to raise money to be donated for the shelter’s 20th Annual Boardwalkin’ for Pets event on Saturday, April 20.
