This is a free activity. New members are always welcome. 5:30-8 p.m. Atlantic Hotel, Berlin. Tickets: $45 at the door. Proceeds to fund building memorial, which will be installed in Judy Johnson’s hometown at the Snow Hill Library in April. Special presenter and auctioneeer Joe Mitchell, a Negro League historian who was a close friend of Johnson’s for more than 23 years. At the age of 81, he has been instrumental in jump-starting this effort.
