Local Delegates Honored By Retired School Personnel

Delegates Norman H. Conway and James N. Mathias Jr. were honored by the Worcester County Retired School Personnel at a Spring Luncheon at Barbely’s Restaurant in Newark this month. Above, President Roxie Connelly presented Conway and Mathias with plaques expressing appreciation for their service to the community and education specifically.
