OCEAN CITY -- Ocean City Police are investigating a fatal fall yesterday morning from a balcony at a north-end high rise condominium.

Around 9 a.m. on Thursday, Ocean City Police responded to a reported fatal fall from a balcony at the Golden Sands Condominium around the 110th Street area.

OCPD spokesman Mike Levy said on Thursday morning a male individual was discovered deceased and detectives are currently handling the case as a fatal balcony fall although no foul play is suspected.
