Wicomico County Board of Education recently presented the United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore with a check of their contributions to support the 2012-2013 campaign. The Community Foundation’s Carol Steffy Spirit of Esther Fund contributed $350 to the Salvation Army’s senior visitation program, League of Mercy.
