The Hotel Monte Carlo and Ocean City Development Corporation (OCDC) partnered to paint another Delmarva Power utility box located on 3rd Street, east of Baltimore Avenue in downtown Ocean City.  The OCDC commissioned local artist Todd Leasure to paint this box.
