Michaelene Kaminski, flanked by two of her sons, Robert, left, and Stephen of West Ocean City, was the lucky winner of the Ocean City Factory Outlets Valentine Give-Away Package. The Community Church at Ocean Pines is host site for a food ministry called Angel Food Ministries, a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the United States.
