Ocean Pines Garden Club

At the June meeting of the Ocean Pines Garden Club, the club awarded its first scholarship. The recipient was Megan Lawton, a recent Stephen Decatur High School graduate. Worcester County Public Schools’ Adult Education Division

The Dollar General Literacy Foundation awarded a $10,000 grant to Worcester County Public Schools’ Adult Education division to fund an instructional program aimed at teaching English to adults from foreign countries.
