BIS Students Contour a Chinese Landscape with Brushstrokes
Students in Mrs. McDowell’s class at Berlin Intermediate School used a flat ink wash technique to express the contours of a Chinese landscape. They used thick and thin brushstrokes to convey the details of trees and buildings. Above, Brett Kim and Ashley Atkins work diligently.
