Local Girl Scout Troop 724 would like to thank all those who participated in its Thanksgiving Food Drive. Pictured is Girl Scout Ashley Atkins with brother Brian who along with Troop 724 collected over 250 food items from the Glen Riddle and Oyster Harbor area. The food was distributed to needy families in Worcester County.
Ocean City Elementary School fourth grade students Hailey Williams and Hailee Phillips, Worcester County Commissioner Bud Church and Ali Bernard donated money to the school’s recent Humane Society fundraiser to help homeless animals.
