Cedar Chapel Special School

Recently, special Olympians from Cedar Chapel Special School and Lower Shore Special Olympics, traveled to Mt. St. Mary’s College for the Special Olympics Maryland Fall Festival. Participating in the soccer tournament the athletes took first place, in double overtime, with penalty kicks. TJ Frampton is pictured dribbling toward the goal.
