Fourth grade students from Worcester Preparatory School enjoyed special canoe and field trips to the Pocomoke YMCA and Pocomoke River State Park to learn water and boating safety as well as the environment. Cedar Chapel Special School students recently completed their annual DARE training. Deputy Matt Crisafulli from the Worcester County Sheriffs Department talked with the students about strangers, saying no to drugs and alcohol and other important safety issues. The students of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School in Berlin recently decided to donate money to WBOC’s “Bless our Children” fund.
