Retired police officer Steven Scheiber places a ‘Buckle Up’ sticker on his son Ethan as Jhymir Blake watches.  Scheiber used to work for the Nassau County New York Police Department.  He brought patches, badges, stickers, and his gear belt for the Showell Elementary School students to see.
