Snow Hill Elementary celebrates “Crazy Hat Day”

Snow Hill Elementary School celebrated Red Ribbon Week recently with “Crazy Hat Day”. This week is celebrated to make students aware of the ongoing importance of Drug and Alcohol Prevention in the schools and community.
