Optimist Oratorical Competition

The Ocean City/Berlin Optimist Club announced the winners of its annual oratorical contest. The Southeast District of the Elks Club announced that Most Blessed Sacrament seventh grader Emma Engel was the first place district winner and seventh grader Paula Gonzalez was the third place district winner in its Drug and Alcohol Essay Contest.
