Decatur Drops Close One To Bulldogs

BERLIN- It was an up-and-down week for Stephen Decatur’s boys’ varsity basketball team, which routed Parkside last Thursday before falling to North Caroline in a heartbreaker, 57-55, on Tuesday.

The Seahawks routed the Rams, 76-36, last Thursday, avenging a 79-46 loss to Parkside back on January 10. Decatur led North Caroline through much of Tuesday’s contest before the Bulldogs pulled it out in the end. With the loss, the Seahawks are now 11-10 on the season.
