BERLIN — The Worcester County Health Department and the Town of Berlin Parks Commission invite the public to take a stroll through Stephen Decatur Park and downtown Berlin as part of the 5th Annual Just Walk Berlin event on Saturday, Nov. 12.
This is a free event and a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while getting some physical activity with friends, family and other community residents.
Features of the walk include a one-, two- and three-mile course route that will loop through Stepehen Decatur Park.
An alternate two- and three-mile route that extends through historic downtown Berlin.
Every walker will be entered into a Free raffle to win a FitBit step counting and fitness device.
The walk is stroller friendly and leashed, friendly dogs welcome.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the walk will start at 9:30. This is a fun walk and routes will be available for any fitness level.
