Worcester Prep Holds Annual Academic Convocation Ceremony

Students IStudents HThe Annual Worcester Preparatory School Academic Convocation ceremony was held on May 25, where awards were given for academic achievement in all subject areas. The featured guest speaker was distinguished WPS Class of 2000 Alumnus, Dr. Hillary Hoffman, who is pictured on the left with Headmaster Dr. Barry Tull. Hoffman is a Technical Writer/Editor for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a part of the National Institutes of Health. On the right, taking home the most prestigious awards of the night were, from left,  Sambina Anthony, Highest Academic Average, Grades 9-11; Brenner Maull, Best All-Round Student, Grades 9-11; Hannah Perdue, Highest Academic Average, Grades 6-8; and Sophia Ludt, Best All-Round Student, Grades 6-8.
