Worcester Prep Lower School Students Practice Cursive Writing In Honor Of National Handwriting Day
Students B

In honor of National Handwriting Day on Jan. 23, Worcester Prep Lower School student Yasmina El Sabbagh practices her cursive writing that is a required part of the school’s curriculum beginning in second grade.   National Handwriting Day was developed to recognize John Hancock, the first to sign the U.S. Declaration of Independence in 1776, and to promote the history of penmanship.
