In an effort to give back to the community, the O’Hare Real Estate Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty hosted an Open House Fund-raiser at one of their listings in Ocean Pines that raised more than $2,300 for the Lower Shore Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, which is administered by Worcester Youth and Family Counseling Services Inc. and aims to effectively reach all abused and neglected children in Worcester County and to ensure that the children have a safe, permanent and loving home. This charity was chosen by the team to recognize the efforts of team member Carole Spurrier, CASA volunteer for over eight years.
