Mallards Split Pair This Week

BERLIN- Worcester Prep’s boys’ varsity soccer team fell to Laurel, 2-1, on the road on Tuesday in a non-conference game to continue an up and down start to the early season.

Last Friday, the Mallards beat Delmarva Christian, 5-1, in the second of six straight road games. On Monday, the road warriors were back in action and lost to Laurel, 2-1, to fall to 2-1 on the season. Worcester is scheduled to play Salisbury School on the road this afternoon followed by another game away from home against Gunston on Monday. The Mallards don’t play at home again until October 5 against Delmarva Christian.
