Stephen Decatur Athletic Boosters Presented Check For $200

The Stephen Decatur Athletic Boosters this week presented a check for $200 to the school’s senior class fund for winning the inaugural Decatur Way 5K earlier this month. The first-ever race pitted teams from each of the school’s classes against each other in a 5K around the campus for the benefit of Decatur’s athletic boosters program. The senior class, led by top male finisher Zach Elmer and top female finisher Chloe FauntLeroy, came in first and were rewarded this week with a check for $200 from the Boosters.
