Harold J. "Buck" Gray Sr.
BISHOPVILLE — Harold J. "Buck" Gray Sr., 73, of Bishopville died Sunday, March 11, 2012, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born in Bishopville and was a son of the late Searus and Edna (Tubbs) Gray. 
He was a standard bred race horse driver and trainer for many years. He had also been a paddock judge at Ocean Downs for 14 years and had worked part time at the Casino at Ocean Downs. He was a member of the United States Trotting Association and Zion United Methodist Church in Bishopville. He had been a member and a director for 18 years of the Cloverleaf Standard bred Owners Association. 
He is survived by his wife, Carol E. Gray of Bishopville; a son, Harold J. "Bucky" Gray Jr. of Bishopville; a daughter, Susan Gray of Bishopville; a sister, Helen Massey of Bishopville; a granddaughter, Cameron Ellen Gray; and several nieces and nephews. 
A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Hastings Funeral Home in Selbyville, where friends may call from 2-4 p.m. before the service.
