Storyteller Tells Tales of China to BIS Students

Storyteller Linda Fang presented her “Chinese Sticky Rice and the Chinese New Year” to Berlin Intermediate School this month.  Her stories include her unique life experience in China.  She has performed nationally and internationally. Decatur Alum Awarded Junior Sailor Award

Petty Officer Second Class Christopher Chavis from Berlin has been awarded the Junior Sailor of the Quarter for October-December 2009 and Junior Sailor of the Year for 2009 aboard the USS San Antonio in Norfolk, Va.
