Prudential Lands Top Producers

BERLIN – The growing family of Prudential Carruthers Realtors welcomes the addition of the following full-time agents to its offices in Ocean City and West Ocean City.

Joining the 75th Street Office is consistent top producer Joy Snyder, JoAnn Campbell, Josh Morimoto, Patty Cummings and Bethany Given.

New to the West Ocean City office are Ed Balcerzak, the team of Della and Joe Wilson, Skip Schlesinger and Kim Lucido McCabe.

AGH Names Board Chair

BERLIN – The Atlantic General Hospital Corporation recently appointed Winn Booth as chairperson during their annual meeting. 

Booth is the president of PKS Investment Advisors LLC, a financial planning and investment advisory firm with offices in Salisbury and Ocean City.

Winn’s involvement with Atlantic General Hospital also includes chairing the Planned Giving Committee of the AGH Foundation Board and serving on the Finance and Investment Committees of the Board of Directors.

Bank Announces Dividend

OCEAN CITY – Wayne P. Benson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Ocean City, announced that, at a meeting held this week the Board of Directors declared a year-end dividend of $1.16 per share on the common stock, payable Jan. 2, 2009. Even in these tough economic times, Bank of Ocean City is in a strong enough capital situation to again raise its bi-annual dividend one cent, according to the bank’s press release.

Bank of Ocean City, with assets of $144 million, is the only community bank headquartered in Ocean City. It was established in 1916 and is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
