We Remember Those Who Have Passed

John Joseph Stanislow

BERLIN – John Joseph Stanislow, age 88, died Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Berlin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Edwardsville, Pa., he was the son of the late Anna Labuda Stanislow.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Margaret Frances Hartner Stanislow; two daughters, Claudia Ann Jenkins of Aiken, SC and Delayne Jean McCoy of Baltimore; four grandchildren, Craig Jenkins, Caryn Golden, Charlie Jenkins and Shawn McCoy; three great grandchildren, Cameron Jenkins, Lauren Jenkins and Tyler McCoy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Margaret Lazar and his brothers, Joseph, George and Mickey Stanislow.

Stanislow had been an engineer working with Westinghouse and Bendex Corporation. He was a World War II Navy veteran having served in the South Pacific on the USS Bennett. He was a member of Boggs-Disharoon American Legion Post #123 in Berlin.

A funeral service was held at the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. Interment followed in Sunset Memorial Park in Berlin.

Donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 209 C Milford St., Salisbury, Md. 21804.

Ralph E. Kelbaugh

BERLIN – On July 28, 2008 Ralph E. Kelbaugh died.

He is survived by his wife, Anne C. Kelbaugh; three children, Kenneth A. Kelbaugh, Sr., Kathy K. Munsey and her husband Jeff, Mary Lee Sullivan and her husband Thomas; two grandsons, Kenneth A. Kelbaugh, Jr.and C. Ryan Munsey; a brother, Donald L. Kelbaugh; a sister, Mary Louise Mahon.

There will be a memorial remembrance at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens on Friday, Aug. 8, 2008 at noon. Interment will immediately follow.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Coastal Hospice, Inc., PO Box 1733, Salisbury, Md. 21802 or to the charity of your choice.

Arrangements are being handled by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.

John A. Lepage

BERLIN – John A. Lepage, age 83, died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin.

Born in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Germaine Lepage and Elizabeth Hornicak Lepage.

Lepage was a World War II Navy veteran.

Lepage is survived by his wife, Vera Lepage; two sons, John A. Lepage, Jr. and his wife Nancy and David Lepage; one daughter, Suzanne Drenning and her husband Arlan; two brothers, Germaine Lepage and Joseph Lepage; five grandchildrean, Lauren, Kelly, Michael, Christina and Tanya Lepage; and one great grandson, Bernard Lepage.

Services and Interment are private.
