Reverse Mortgage Seminar Set
BERLIN – Carleen Heinrich, a Certified Reverse Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, will be presenting a free seminar on the powerful benefits and uses of a reverse mortgage on Monday, April 28 from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club. Residents are invited to come learn about the qualification process, key characteristics and safeguards of the program, and important considerations when contemplating a reverse mortgage.
A reverse mortgage is a loan program that enables senior homeowners to convert part of the equity in their homes into tax-free income without having to sell their home, give up title, or take on a new monthly mortgage payment.
Top Producer Named
WILLARDS – Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley has announced Nicole "Nikki" Strickler as top producer for March.
Strickler, who joined the agency in 2006, is a key account executive, licensed in property, casualty, life and health. She received her bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
Donna Jump-Harrison, an account executive, also received special recognition for her March production.
SELBYVILLE, Del. — AmeriCraft Corporation recently opened its Kitchen & Design center as of August 2007 and has announced the addition of Beth Brittingham and Al Perreca to its staff.
Brittingham has designed kitchens and baths from the Salisbury region to the local beaches. For 32 years, she has been a local resident of the area, which brings a local comfort to AmeriCraft Kitchen & Design, as well as the knowledge of the latest kitchen and design trends.
Originally from upstate New York, Perreca has experience in construction from a hands-on perspective to the minute details of planning and executing each success story.
Partnership Confirmed
SALISBURY – Delmarva Power’s Emergency Services Partnership Program (ESPP) will again be supporting public safety partnerships in Maryland and Delaware in 2008. The program provides resources for fire safety initiatives, first responder safety education, and emergency preparedness.
“We support numerous public safety efforts throughout our service territory,” said John Allen, Vice President, Delmarva Power. “This program has had a major impact in the donation of smoke alarms to state and county fire officials in our service territory.”
Since the year 2000, Delmarva Power, through its partnership program, has provided more than 9,700 regular smoke alarms, 600 carbon monoxide detectors and more than 350 special needs smoke alarms to fire service officials across its service territory. In addition, Delmarva Power sponsors educational conferences that focus on safety and emergency preparedness.
