BERLIN- Worcester Prep’s men’s varsity soccer team stayed on a roll this week, beating host Greenwood Mennonite, 3-0, on Tuesday for their fourth straight win.
The win over ESIAC rival Greenwood Mennonite completed a highly successful first third of the season for the Mallards, whose record now stands at 5-1. After splitting the first two games of the season with a victory over Holly Grove and a 2-0 loss to Sussex Tech, Worcester has now reeled off four straight wins. The Mallards thrashed Salisbury Christian, 10-0, early last week and followed that up with another win against another ESIAC for, Gunston, last Friday.
