New Realty Office

BERLIN – Newport Bay Realty, Inc. in West Ocean City has announced the opening of its third real estate office on the Eastern Shore.

Rusty Molnar was recently named Associate Broker for the agency’s new Pittsville office. Located on the Old Ocean City Road, the Pittsville headquarters is currently the only real estate office between Berlin and Salisbury.

Molnar will soon also be serving the Eastern Shore counties of Virginia under his dual Maryland and Virginia licenses. “We have four agents now,” Molnar said, “and we’re looking for more.”

Newport Bay Realty’s second regional office opened in Snow Hill in 2003. It remains Snow Hill’s only local real estate office, presently operating with two Realtors.

The real estate company’s central headquarters anchors and helped spearhead the successful expansion of the Teal Marsh Center on Stephen Decatur Highway. Teal Marsh was the first “retail-office-condominium” project to develop on the now coveted “611 Business Corridor,” considered by many to be one of Worcester County’s fastest growing areas. Due to the high land costs and limited parking of Ocean City, an increasing number of national restaurants, service businesses and retail stores have moved into rapidly developing West Ocean City.

Newport Bay Realty’s office is in the front building of Teal Marsh, directly across from the Food Lion shopping center. That office’s 11 agents include seasoned specialists in waterfront, golf course and key commercial properties.
