OC Elementary Students Learn How A Bill Becomes A Law

Students in Julie Biscoe's fourth grade class at Ocean City Elementary School became the General Assembly (House of Delegates and Senate) as they took part in the process of a bill becoming a law. Pictured are some of Biscoe's students acting as the House of Delegates to pass or amend the bill that had been sponsored by the Senate.
