Carol Steffy Spirit Of Esther Fund Contributes $500 To PAC 14

The Carol Steffy Spirit of Esther Fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore contributed $500 to PAC 14 Public Access Channel.  PAC14 is a nonprofit that provides people, organizations and institutions the capability to use public, educational and governmental access television to define themselves, their work and ideas.
