BERLIN -- Over the next four years, Berlin residents will see a small, but steady, increase to the cost of their sewage rates. Beginning July 1 of this year, sewage rates will increase by 5 percent, a trend which will continue every year until 2013. In 2014, there will be a 6-percent increase, resulting in a 21-percent total increase.
