BERLIN- Worcester Prep's girls' varsity lacrosse team got back in the win column in impressive fashion last week, beating ESIAC rival Salisbury School, 15-0, to improve to 4-3 on the season.
After a long layoff caused by Easter vacation, the Mallards showed no signs of rust against Salisbury School last Thursday, routing the Dragons, 15-0, at home. The win came after consecutive defeats to neighborhood rival Stephen Decatur and D.C. area powerhouse Bullis School. The Mallards had not won a game since a 16-1 pasting of Delmarva Christian back on April 1.
In the Salisbury game last week, Alexandra Smith led the Mallards with four goals, while Molly Dickerson scored three and Mary Hudson added two goals.
